Manilva introduces measures to combat Covid 19 virus

Following the Manilva Town Council emergency meeting, and receiving advice from Junta de Andalucia and health experts, Manilva Mayor Mario Jiménez Rodriguez has announced a number of measures to take place soon.

  1. Close the main areas of Manilva, Sabinillas and El Castillo for 15 days.
  2. Turn off all conversations with games that look older for 15 days.
  3. Ban carnival festivities this coming weekend.
  4. Turn off the V Urban and Territorial Planning Conference.
  5. Schedule any planned Town Hall trips within the next month.
  6. Suspend or delay all urban activities or planned by other agencies for 15 days.
  7. Stop markets Monday, Friday and Sunday for two weeks.
  8. Work for a cleaning company for schools, nurseries, hospitals, playgrounds and public transportation.
  9. Provide, as often as possible, telephone communications at the home of at-risk urban workers, such as pregnant women and people over 60 years of age.
  10. Provide essential procedures for civil service management staff and appropriate policy training to be followed in community care.
